The client
pkboo kids is an amazing new line of baby and children’s accessories that honors fine craftsmanship and celebrates the unexpected.
From rollup burp cloths to foldable changing pads that store extra diapers to a perfectly proportioned tote bag that corrals it all then slips into a larger bag or stroller, their products are cute, colorful and incredibly innovative.
As crafters, shoppers and lovers of the “aww” moment, their unique collection of baby essentials combines vintage inspiration, handcrafted quality and delightful details that charm parents and baby alike.
The challenge
Our team was tasked with designing pkboo’s new brand identity. This included all graphic, web, and visual material design.
The solution
We refreshed pkboo’s branding with a new visual identity. We also created a new website environment with information architecture derived from our CX research and content strategy helped to shift the focus towards retail buyers with an affinity towards craftsmanship and handmade quality items.

A Focus on Craftsmanship
Rebranding a company is never an easy task. After all, how do you give a known person a whole new identity? Will it work? Will people like the new image? Our rebranding for pkboo was top down. To ensure their love of hand-made materials and quality was visible, we created custom laser-cut craft stock printed hang tags.
